Pros Ventiv software is very user friendly that comes along with prompt and professional customer service. Cons Over the years, there may have been small issues here and there (not important enough to remember) but Ventiv always goes above and beyond to ensure these issues are resolved. Pros The ability to SELF configure the use of the system in such a way that best meets the needs of my company. Cons The software is rather expensive and can feel a little inefficient and dated at times. Reasons for choosing Ventiv Claims At the time it was the only software we could find that met our claims, policy and reporting needs.
