The rich feature set and ease of use are a big plus for me. It gives me peace of mind knowing my Macs are protected and running smooth and efficiently every single day. Pros I love that I can run CleanMyMac X every month (or more often) on all my Macs and know that it is checking for all the things that impact the performance of my machines. I rely on my Macs daily and CleanMyMac X gives me the peace of mind that things are running as fast and efficiently as possible. Cons I don't have a "least" to like about CleanMyMac X. July 31, 2021 5.0 I love CleanMyMac and use it perhaps every couple of weeks or more if I get the message that my trash is full. I'm a busy graphic designer and I simply don't have time to pursue and delete old junk from my computer. CleanMyMac does this for me in a very simple way whilst scanning for viruses and maleware. Pros CleanMyMac keeps my iMac free of junk. Utilises my RAM to best use. Is super nice to use and has a beautiful interface. Cons Nothing. I think it is exceptionally good. Reason for choosing CleanMyMac I tried the demo version and really loved the interface, super nice looking and super quick. Pros One feature that is not obvious is Leftovers removal. These are the bits and pieces that remain on your Mac after deleting an unused app. This 'sawdust' can take up lots of disk space over time. Helps me keep my MacBook clutter free. Pros I like the ability to do a deep scan. Also, I feel confident every time the spyware scan comes back as 0! Cons The cost.
