Empeon always ensures that all is set in place and notifies us should payroll need to be submitted early or if there are expected technical issues. Pros As payroll coordinator, my experience with Empeon is great! Firstly, the payroll process each week is a breeze. I can import all time efficiently, including all sick and OT. Employee updates can be managed on the portal, and any sensitive information (ie taxes) cannot be done unless updated with a form. This allows the employees to keep their profile updated and takes away some basic HR work from us. Cons Overall, the customer service is great! I can reach an associate right away over the phone or via email. However, I did find that when I needed assistance with something more complex the response was not as efficient as needed. There is no way to enter PTO as of a certain date.
