While the platform already delivers significant value, there are opportunities to make it even stronger.

Pros

This browser-based platform operates seamlessly across all devices, providing convenient access for patients and study sites. By enabling secure, remote patient recruitment and enrollment, it helps organizations expand reach, streamline workflows, and substantially reduce operational costs

Cons

The platform does have some limitations. Separate environments for development, UAT and production cannot be created. It also lacks a tabular-format option when building forms. Logline creation is complex and must be done manually. Beyond skip logic, there is no dedicated section for edit-check programming

I look forward to more data collection over time so that we can employ AI to learn from past events. This aspect needs time which we don't have at this stage.

This product is easy to use and has all the features necessary for a clinical research coordinator. Their support team promptly assisted our site with any questions we had.

There are features in the main page that need more color in my opinion.

I love the functionality of the system. The team worked with us to provide exactly what we needed for our pivotal study needs.
