It has improved accountability by making project responsibilities, deadlines and dependencies visible to both internal teams and customers. It has provided better visibility of project progress and potential delays, helping teams address risks earlier and deliver a more consistent customer experience. However, some initial investment is required to configure the platform effectively. Pros The shared customer portal is particularly valuable because it gives customers a clear view of project progress, responsibilities and upcoming actions. Templates also make it easier to standardise onboarding processes while retaining enough flexibility to accommodate different customer requirements. The combination of project management, resource planning and time tracking reduces the need to maintain information across multiple tools. The UI is slick and modern, there is some learning as with any tool but I foudn it easy to pick up. Cons The amount of configuration options can feel slightly overwhelming at first, particularly for teams migrating from simpler project-management tools. It is one of the fastest growing PSA tools in the market and the speed of execution has been immense. Pros The speed of execution at which the product team is shipping new features, every month has been a key takeaway for me on the Rocketlane tool as well as the team at Rocketlane. The team is truly focused on making the customers succeed and gave individual attention to the asks that we had in terms of features. Cons Nothing specific except the lack of customer success features. Additionally, there is no automation for aggregated reminders to team members, which would allow us to include multiple projects in a single reminder email when they do not meet certain criteria. Pros First and foremost, the support, success, engineering, and sales teams are amazing! The team is highly responsive, great problem solvers, and warm and welcoming. The tool itself meets our needs and has greatly reduced our time to value and increased our ROI. We love that we can create sub tasks and sub sub tasks, and dependencies. Finally, the customer view is so helpful! Cons Our only concern is that our Salesforce integration needs a bit of work. The concern is not an issue with Rocketlane, it is just the pains of connecting two tools. The Rocketlane team his highly focused on resolving the issue and has been fantastic! It is simple to use but very powerful in terms of keeping the user focused on completing the right stages of implementation at the right time. Cons The least likeable thing used to be the slowness of loading the pages. But over the last 6 months it has improved considerably. Particularly for me, Rocketlane timesheets have made it really convenient to keep track of my time and all tasks I have worked on the entire week. Pros The best thing about Rocketlane is its user-friendly dashboards. Rocketlane has made project management and collaboration, and task assignments really convenient. Timesheet filling and submission have also become very easy with Rocketlane. Cons Overall Rockelane is really efficient and convenient in project management. But sometimes it gets stuck while adding multiple events from the calendar in the timesheets. Also, there should be some way such that recurring events to be added automatically to the timesheets.
