It's also a great internal training tool! Pros Rocketlane allows us to streamline client onboarding and manage customer relationships in a transparent way that holds everyone accountable. Our clients like that they can visualize project plans in multiple views, and we even use this in sales, to simplify scoping conversations. The Rocketlane education material and their awesome webinars and events increase our experience and product engagement. Cons It would be interesting to have segmentation to tailor the customer onboarding experience to specific user groups. It might help improve user engagement. Particularly for me, Rocketlane timesheets have made it really convenient to keep track of my time and all tasks I have worked on the entire week. Pros The best thing about Rocketlane is its user-friendly dashboards. Rocketlane has made project management and collaboration, and task assignments really convenient. Timesheet filling and submission have also become very easy with Rocketlane. Cons Overall Rockelane is really efficient and convenient in project management. But sometimes it gets stuck while adding multiple events from the calendar in the timesheets. Also, there should be some way such that recurring events to be added automatically to the timesheets. Cons The biggest issue in rocketlane that we deal with is that there are too many places to put information and not enough specific places to put trackable timed events. Its hard to know when someone did something easily. Its frustrating when trying to track the ticket.
