It was recommended to me by someone who did a lot of research. I have never used another platform like this before but it still seems pretty good value for money.
It's super easy to use and the workflow is easy to manage. I love that it is a chrome extension that is integrated with everything from Google to various major CRM platforms.
I liked the dashboard that they have, it is easy to navigate & the Closely extension is great too.
Overall I am really happy to use closely. Will recommend it if you want to automate your Linked in and save some time.
Cons
The lack of a kanban board to track my lead statuses.
It currently does NOT have the availability to contact current first level connections. Frustrated that its not yet available, but they say 3-4 months.
No option to message 1st level connections, or export data.
The only downside is that it doesn't provide webhooks or integrations.

Overall: overall the experience was ok but not what I expected. I checked many reviews before purchasing Closely and I find most of them talk barely about the return you get from using the software. In my experience to program itself is really well structured, but the return you get is not worth the investment
Pros: I like how easy Closely is to set up a campaign. Very straight forward with clear instructions and application to Linked
Cons: I had very low return in the campaigns. From messagnig to connection request I had almost zero conversations started through Closely. But when I tested the same campaign manually, I had almost 70% open and reply rate
"Cancellation policy is charging you!"
Overall: This company is unfair and not able to provide reliable services. They charged twice for one month and no refund. VERY BAD
Pros: NOTHING. Stay away from this fake company charging you even if you cancel in time!
Cons: You cannot amante on your own billing and they charge you even if you cancel before the renewal period! Very bad customer support

Pros: The platform is designed to be user-friendly, with intuitive features and a straightforward interface that can be quickly learned and implemented. I've personally gained 500 LinkedIn connections over 1 month. I've been using it for personal networking but it can also be used for B2B businesses networking over LinkedIn
Cons: At this moment i don't find any cons of the app
