The tech support team is second to none in Oklahoma. Such well-trained, knowledgeable, individuals are hard to come by and even harder to keep. The get kudos from us on their jobs!! Pros There are numerous things I like about the software. One of the most impactful for me and each site is the ease in which we can pull reports of any kind in just a few clicks. We utilize the gradebook component with our SIS and the ease with which things migrate across platforms is phenomenal. Cons We have experienced few difficulties, except training new people who are reluctant to watch videos and want written instructions instead.
