Great navigation produces great results. Pros Hands down the 'support' team. The team of individuals that answer questions and help us navigate the system is the BEST, and the reason we continue to use the product. Cons We would like more 'in-person' trainings for staff. Cons I would like more basic column options available in the Data Object Merge feature when compiling reports. An example would be to allow homeroom teacher as an option in the Filter areas to link or sort students with pulled data Reasons for choosing SylogistEd SIS More options are available with in the program to gather, sort, and disseminate student information and holistic data. The tech support team is second to none in Oklahoma. Such well-trained, knowledgeable, individuals are hard to come by and even harder to keep. The get kudos from us on their jobs!! Pros There are numerous things I like about the software. One of the most impactful for me and each site is the ease in which we can pull reports of any kind in just a few clicks. We utilize the gradebook component with our SIS and the ease with which things migrate across platforms is phenomenal. Cons We have experienced few difficulties, except training new people who are reluctant to watch videos and want written instructions instead.
