Je l’utilise au quotidien pour consigner mes notes prises en formation et créer des fiches synthétiques visuelles.

Pros

L’outil Draft.io est très facile à prendre en main et à utiliser au quotidien.

Cons

Le fait de se pouvoir sélectionner plusieurs blocs de texte avec la souris uniquement n’est pas possible à moins que je sache pas l’utiliser) et je trouve ça dommage

Il est possible de sélectionner plusieurs objets en utilisant uniquement la souris grâce au mode sélection, que vous pouvez activer dans la barre d'outils.

Bonne prise en main, intuitif. A l'usage mérite des petites évolutions personnalisations mais permet de faire l'essentiel pour qui souhaite animer, partager en distanciel ou même en hybride.

Pros

La simplicitéLa réactivité du support à l'écoute pour réaliser des mises à jour rapidesLa possibilité de pourvoir récupérer des cellules Excel, très pratique.De nombreux Template

Cons

La mise en page pas toujours évidente (formatage de texte, centrage)La mise à jour des liens fastidieuse quand il est question de dupliquer un modèle avec des liens qui pointent vers la version d'origine dans un dossier différent.Les erreurs de sélection vite faites si les objets ne sont pas figés (les dernières évolutions en mode constructeur limitent cette situation)

Outils très facile d'utilisation.Mise en place rapide de management visuel, de roadmap applicative.Rétrospectives distanciellesListe de modèles très conséquente : permet de découvrir des notions par l'exemple.La gestion des permissions (propriétaire, éditeur, éditeur restreint, lecteur)

Cons

Pas nécessairement des point faibles, mais voici des idées qui amélioreraient mon quotidien : Possibilité de choisir un type par défaut (au lieu de la carte ou du post-it) suite à un copier coller.Permettre le copier coller entre différents onglets/fenêtre d'un même navigateur.Rendre possible la mise en arrière plan/premier plan de plusieurs objets (as .ppt).Rendre possible au propriétaire/éditeur, la possibilité d'éditer un objet figé (sans avoir à le défiger)

Merci Christophe pour cet avis. Vous pouvez bien copier-coller une sélection entre différents onglets ou fenêtres d'un même navigateur. Nous l'avons ajouté très récemment. Par ailleurs, vous pouvez également éditer les objets figés sans avoir à les défiger en passant par le Mode constructeur. Il vous permet de manipuler les objets selon le calque de travail auquel ils appartiennent.

Je gagne beaucoup de temps dans la réutilisation de templates, pendant les explications de l'usage du produit également. Je me suis fait une véritable bibliothèque de templates réutilisables et je peux créer facilement un nouvel atelier

Pros

Maitrise de l'outil en 2 minutes chrono pour un profil utilisateur. Je l'utilise pour tous mes ateliers peu importe le client.Pour l'administrateur, l'appropriation est également rapide et c'est un outil plaisant à utiliser !

Cons

Toutes les fonctionnalités qui me manquaient sont apmarus au fur et à mesure. La proximité avec les créateurs et leur support permet de parer à toute problématique rencontrée

Globalement l'expérience est très bonne.

Pros

Tous les outils de collaborations comme la vue synchronisée ou encore le mode isoloir

Cons

En tant qu'admin, j'aimerais bien pouvoir afficher ou masquer des éléments sur mon board afin de n'être visible que par moi.Autre chose, un style de design qui me manque est le style stechnoting. J'aurais adoré pouvoir faire des board plus proche de cette pratique.

Utilisateurs de draft.io depuis quelques années, je le recommande beaucoup à mon entourage.

Pros

Simple d'utilisation : dans un monde ou les logiciels de gestion ou de réflexions sont tous plus compliqué les uns que les autre et font tout "à la place" de l'utilisateurs. J'aime beaucoup avoir un outil simple et efficace qui réponds à mes besoins. Pas chère : Par rapport à mon utilisation le prix pour une licence me parait très intéressant

Cons

Il manque une option fond blanc pour ceux qui préfèrent
