Ich nutze die Plattform für mein Coaching-Business und sie hat meinen Arbeitsalltag deutlich einfacher gemacht. Alle wichtigen Prozesse – vom Erstkontakt über die Kundenverwaltung und Terminplanung bis hin zur Bezahlung – sind an einem Ort. Das spart Zeit und sorgt dafür, dass ich jederzeit den Überblick behalte. Besonders positiv finde ich die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung. Es kommen regelmäßig neue Funktionen und Verbesserungen hinzu, sodass die Software immer auf dem neuesten Stand bleibt. Auch der Support ist hervorragend: schnell erreichbar, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Dass die Daten auf deutschen Servern gespeichert werden, schafft zusätzlich Vertrauen.

Cons

Bis jetzt habe ich ehrlich gesagt keinen negativen Punkt gefunden. Für meine Anforderungen funktioniert die Plattform genau so, wie ich es mir wünsche. Deshalb kann ich sie mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Meetergo is solving a lot of problems for us. Before we used Meetergo our team spent a lot of time managing our calendars. We also spent a lot of time sending emails to clients and dealing with missed appointments. Now clients can book meetings with us on their own using Meetergo. This means we do not have to do much work. Meetergo has made scheduling meetings less stressful, for us. It has also helped us respond to clients faster. Our team now has time to work with clients because we use meetergo.

Pros

I like Meetergo because it makes it easy for clients to book meetings. They do not have to go forth with us. The page where clients book meetings looks very professional. The whole process of booking a meeting with Meetergo is easy from start to finish. Meetergo also helps our team stay organized. It does this by syncing all the appointments. This way everyone on our team knows what is coming up with Meetergo.

Cons

There are a things I do not like about Meetergo. At first it takes some time to learn how to use Meetergo. This is especially true when we are setting up Meetergo. It would be great if Meetergo had templates for financial services that are ready to use.

We used to lose hours managing appointment requests and reassigning drivers when schedules changed. Meetergo centralised bookings, reduced back and forth, and cut phone tag for our coordinators. No-shows fell thanks to SMS reminders, and our teams spend less time firfighting and more time executing runs. It tightened our yard throughput gave clearer data for capacity planning.

Pros

Meetergo handled cross-site scheduling the way we needed: depot teams can publish available slots, carriers book directly, and the right operations contact is automatically assigned. The routing forms let us qualify bookings (load size, vehicle type) up front so our teams get only the relevant appointments. The EU data residency and compliance details also reassured our procurement and legal teams.

Cons

Some of the more advanced analytics we wanted required manual CSV exports for now automated scheduled reports would be useful for our weekly ops review. Also, group event capts at 50 attendees limit larger supplier webinars, though that's a minor issue for daily logistics.

Before Meetergo our front desk was dealing with lots of phone calls, emails and a spreadsheet. We often missed leads. Now bookings happen away while customers are still interested. We also send confirmations and reminders which has reduced no-shows a lot. Plus we can track how customers engage with us. Our follow-ups, with wholesale customers are more focused.

Pros

Meetergo turned our chaotic tasting-session schedule into a smooth, branded experience customers actually enjoy. Guests can pick a slot from our tasting page, receive instant confirmations, and reply by SMS to reschedule in seconds no staff intervention needed. The deal spaces are great for sharing tasting notes and product sheets with prospective wholesale partners, so we know who's genuinely engaged.

Cons

The WhatsApp add-on is a little expensive for a smaller business like ours. It works well, but I do think a more flexible pricing option would make it easier for seasonal businesses to justify.

We were drowning in Instagram DMs asking " will this work for my skin type" and then playing tag trying to find a time to chat. Now customers self book straight from our Linktree, get automatic reminders, and show up to calls actually prepared. We've seen 35% increase in consultation bookings since February, and more importantly, those consultations convert to sales at nearly double our old rate. My assistant went from spending six hours a week on scheduling to maybe thirty minutes. That's real money and real sanity back in my pocket.

Pros

The embed is genuinely seamless dropped our booking widget straight onto Shopify product pages with zero iframe weirdness. The collective events feature lets me run group skincare consultations instead of fifteen separate calls, and upfront payment integration slashed our no-show rate from 50% to under 5%

Cons

The mobile app is basically read-only. Fine for checking who's booked, but creating a new event type or tweaking availability, Laptop only. Frustrating when I'm at a coffee shop or travelling between pop-ups. Also, group events cap at 50 attendees, so I still need Zoom for our bigger seasonal launches. Would love that limit raised.

We were previously juggling Outlook, a basic Calendly account, and encrypted email for client communications 3 separate systems, 3 potential failure points. Meetergo consolidated everything into one compliant workflow. Our client onboarding time has dropped by roughly 40%, and the professional polish of branded booking pages has definitely contributed to 2 recent client referrals who specifically mentioned how "seamless" our process felt compared to their previous adviser.

Pros

The GDPR-first architecture was our deciding factor EU only infrastructure and full liability coverage keep our compliance team and FCA auditors happy. Deal spaces let us share confidential portfolio reports securely, with fully visibility on who's opened what. The WhatsApp integration is a bonus, our HNW clients actually prefer booking via message, and the automatic confirmations keep everything polished.

Cons

The compliance setup took longer than I'd hoped about two days of back-and-forth to get our data retention policies mapped correctly. Support was brilliant throughout, but start three weeks before any deadline, not one. Also, the analytics exports are a bit basic for our quarterly board reports. I end up manually tweaking spreadsheets every time.

Meetergo is solving a lot of problems for us. Before we started using Meetergo we had a lot of people who were interested in our cars. They would not show up for a test drive. This was because booking a car was a bit of a hassle. Now people can book a car directly from the list of cars we have and we send them reminders by text message so they do not forget. We also ask for a deposit when they book so they are less likely to cancel at the minute. This has really helped us because more people are actually coming in for test drive now.

Pros

Meetergo completely fixed how customers book test drives on our marketplace. They can pick a car from a listing, choose their favorite salesperson, and schedule a test drive without leaving the page. The branded booking page looks sharp and matches our site perfectly. Plus, fleet inquiries from business automatically route to our commercial team no manual email sorting anymore.

Cons

Getting deep customizations set up took a few extra conversations with their implementation team. It was worth the wait, but some of our smaller dealership partners wished there was a faster self-serve option for quick tweaks.

We used to spend time reconciling appointment data across multiple tools and chasing billable consult payments. Meetergo brought scheduling, CRM updates, and payment collection into one place. We now have fewer admin errors, faster revenue recognition for paid consultations, and noticeably less time spent on booking reconciliation. That efficiency gave us a small but real lift to our operating margins.

Pros

Meetergo's automation saved us hours every week. When someone books meetings, it automatically creates a CRM record, sends a prep questionnaire, and generates and invoice if payment's required. The Salesforce sync is solid, and the reporting shows booked demos, revenue influenced, and even which reps have the highest no-show rates. Rolling out SSO and SCIM was quick, so our sales and delivery teams started using it right away.

Cons

Some advanced reports still need me to export manually. I'd really like scheduled reports emailed to finance and ops automatically. Also, a couple of our legacy billing integrations required custom work from their team.

We were actually losing leads because our old demo request form took 48 hours to respond. Now bookings happen right away, smart routing send the right leads to the right reps, and our CRM syncs automatically. Our demo-to-close rate's up 28% in just two months, no-shows dropped by 45%, and our sales team's finally got time to sell instead of juggling calendars all day. We've saved roughly 15 hours a week on admin too. It's like having an extra operations person who never misses a thing.

Pros

The ease of use is proper brilliant our whole team picked it up in no time, no fancy training needed. Booking's straightforward, appointment management keeps our multi-timezone meetings organized without the usual calendar chaos, and the chat and communication features mean clients can message us right from the booking page. WhatsApp integration's a real winner for our international customers; they can confirm or reschedule with a quick reply. The value for money's solid too, considering we ditched four separate tools we were using before. Customer support's top notch as well we had a wee integration question at odd hours and got a proper response within an hour.

Cons

Setting up our multi-timezone meetings types took us about half a day. The visual builder's really good once you get the hang of it, but there's a bit of a learning curve at first. It'd be swell if there were a few more templates for common scenarios that'd speed things up nicely.

Meetergo is helping us with a problem we had with scheduling interviews. Candidates had to wait for days to get a time to talk to us and our hiring managers were spending a lot of time organising calendars of actually talking to candidates. Now candidates can choose their interview time based on when we are available. Meetergo also sends reminders automatically which has helped reduce the number of people who do not show up from 35% to then 8%. We have also reduced the time it takes to hire someone by 5 days. Month we were able to fill 3 senior roles faster than ever because the right people were able to talk at the right time. It is like having a person helping us with hiring but they never get tired. Meetergo is really helping us with our hiring process. Making it easier for us to find the right people.

Pros

The round-robin interview scheduling is really great for our hiring team. we are always looking for people to fill roles at our work Clubs. Meetergo helps us by giving each recruiter and hiring manager the same number of candidate interviews. This way nobody has to do five interviews in one day while others do none. The single sign-on integration was also very helpful. Our team has than 80 members and they could all log in right away using their company login details. The booking page also looks really good. To be honest I do not really have any things to say about meetergo. If I had to think of something I would say it would be great if meetergo had templates for common hiring tasks like panel interviews or final interviews with many people. We had to make these from scratch. It took a few hours. Once we set them up they worked perfectly.

What I love most about Meetergo is how intuitive it is. As a business owner, I simply don't have time to constantly learn new tools, so I deeply appreciate software that just works from day one. For my online business, data security is non-negotiable, and Meetergo delivers on that front without any extra effort on my side. And whenever a question came up, the support team was there immediately; helpful, fast, and genuinely reliable.

Pros

meetergo allows me to save a lot of time on appointment scheduling because the constant back-and-forth messaging is eliminated. I especially find the easy calendar synchronization and automation features very useful. A major advantage is that it is hosted in Germany and fully GDPR-compliant, which is often not the case with many US-based tools.

Pros

meetergo makes appointment scheduling incredibly simple and professional. The interface is modern, clean, and works reliably in everyday use. I especially love the design feature, which allows you to customize each booking page beautifully to match your own branding. Especially with the higher-tier plans, you get a lot of flexibility to personalize colors, logos, and the overall appearance — so I’d highly recommend it to anyone who values aesthetics and a polished brand presence. I also really like the digital business card feature. It’s easy to share and gives people quick access to all important links and information about your business in one compact place.

Cons

For the basic plan, it would be great to have more design templates, since customization options are currently quite limited. It would also be amazing to have the option to offer two appointment types in the free plan. That would really help the tool stand out from other providers, as most competitors only allow one appointment type in their free version.

meetergo is a solid and reliable scheduling tool that does exactly what it promises. For small teams and agencies that deal with a lot of client appointments, it is genuinely one of the easier wins you can make in terms of saving time and reducing friction. The one thing I would love to see improved is proactive notifications around connection issues, but overall it is a tool I would recommend without hesitation.

Pros

meetergo completely eliminates the back and forth of scheduling. Clients and prospects book directly into my calendar without a single email or phone call. The setup is straightforward and the booking page looks professional, which matters a lot in client facing situations. It fits naturally into existing workflows and saves a noticeable amount of time every single week.

Cons

Every now and then the calendar connection expires in the background and needs to be reconnected manually. The real issue is that there is no notification when this happens, so you only find out when bookings stop working properly. A simple alert would fix this completely.

„Einfach, sicher und verdammt effizient.“ Meine Erfahrung mit meetergo ist durchweg positiv, vor allem weil es eine Marktlücke schließt: Es ist die europäische Antwort auf Tools wie Calendly oder Zoom, ohne dass man seine Daten (oder die der Kunden) in die USA schicken muss. Hier sind die Hauptpunkte meiner Erfahrung: Nahtlose Integration: Die Einrichtung der Buchungsseiten ist kinderleicht. Besonders die Möglichkeit, den Kalender direkt in eine Carrd-Webseite einzubetten, sorgt für einen extrem professionellen Auftritt beim Kunden. Performance auf Linux/Ubuntu: Da alles browserbasiert ist, gibt es keine Kompatibilitätsprobleme. meetergo Connect läuft stabil und flüssig, ohne dass man schwerfällige Software-Clients installieren muss. Fokus auf das Wesentliche: Das Interface ist aufgeräumt. Man merkt, dass das Tool darauf ausgelegt ist, die "Time-to-Meeting" so kurz wie möglich zu halten. Keine unnötigen Klicks für den Kunden. Der "Lokale" Vorteil: Der Support ist auf Deutsch und reagiert schnell. Man fühlt sich nicht wie eine anonyme Nummer bei einem Tech-Giganten, sondern wie ein Nutzer, dessen Feedback zählt.

Die Unabhängigkeit (Weg von Google/Zoom): „Mir gefällt am besten, dass ich komplett unabhängig von US-Konzernen wie Google oder Zoom arbeiten kann. Mit meetergo Connect habe ich eine integrierte Videoplattform, die direkt im Browser läuft – perfekt für mein Ubuntu-System, da ich keine zusätzliche Software installieren muss.“ 2. Datenschutz & Serverstandort: „Als jemand, dem Privatsphäre wichtig ist, schätze ich den Serverstandort in Deutschland und die DSGVO-Konformität. Das gibt mir und meinen Kunden ein sicheres Gefühl.“ 3. I've been using Meetergo for a year now and am very happy with it. You can keep it very simple or customize it to your exact preferences using all the settings.

Pros

The big advantage of meetergo is its GDPR compliance. Everything runs on German servers, so there’s no need for those annoying cookie banners that irritate visitors.

Cons

The pricing model. In my opinion, basic features like email reminders should already be available in the free or basic plan.

Meetergo is easy to set up and helped me create a booking page that also takes payments. It also has calendar integrations.

Cons

I wish the trial coupon lasted a bit longer. I wish I couldve gotten 20% off of the plan because I still want to buy!

Ich muss die ganze Terminbuchung mit meinen Kundinnen nicht mehr manuell machen und mit meinem Terminkalender abstimmen und zich Mails zum abstimmen hin und her senden. Die vollautomatisierte Terminbuchung mit entsprechenden Workflows, dem angepassten Branding und die anpassbaren Mails sind ein echter Gamechanger.

Pros

ch habe selten so ein bedienerfreundliches Buchungstool genutzt, vor allem das auch so ein klasse Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat. Meetergo bietet alles und noch viel mehr an Feature die ich für mein Online Business benötige, um meinen Kundinnen das beste Erlebnis von der Buchung bis nach dem Call nur liefern kann. Vor allem das ich alles personalisieren kann ist einfach Goldwert.

Cons

Ich habe nichts was mir nicht gefällt. Es ist rundum ein gelungenes Tool. Da können sie andere eine große Scheibe von abschneiden.
