It is really easy to maintain, and administer authorizations, and promotes rapid application development. Pros My favourite features are turning spreadsheets into apps, external data sharing, and the ability to scale and deploy apps either on the cloud or on-premises. Cons It does require some initial configurations and installations which were challenging to set up, but once it is running it is so efficient for development.
