Pros It is a relatively easy system to operate and teach new users how to use. I like that I can cut and paste details into the PO system. Cons There is not a database industry product upload of current material /pricing. Also it is difficult for users to modify and update database. Price comparative features retains old pricing and there should be a feature to delete any pricing given a date parameter so you don't compare old information. Pros Change orders/ tags are the biggest obstacles in construction project management. This software makes writing change orders easier for everyone. Speeds the approval process and getting payment. Cons the software currently sends out emails when there is activity/changes on FWOs. A notification on the app would be cool, but not necessary.
