Pros I like the customizable features, which makes it work for practically any type of business. Cons A few coworkers needed some extra training and didnt find it totally intuitive to use. Very simple to use and even our non-technical field staff have easily adapted to this program. It is much better than any other program we have tried in the past. Pros The ease of implementing the program has been a huge benefit for us. Additionally the ability for upper management to have access to various forms and tickets filled out on the program gives a better insight on the company operations as an owner. Cons The eForms could be easier to setup a fully customized form. However with it being new, the team has been working great to develop a top notch program. With a little more time, the eForms will be more of benefit they they already are for us. Switched from [Sage Construction Suite](https://www.capterra.com/p/154874/Sage-Construction-Suite/) Meeting the staff at the Intex Expo in Florida made us realize how great the program could be. " February 3, 2022 5.0 We have ran into a few issues, but the PeerAssist team is always there to help. Pros Allows our field crews to identify extra/added work. Open a tag with description and pics for approval. if approved its tracked and entered. Cons There were issues on refreshing, but it was fixed. Pros Change orders/ tags are the biggest obstacles in construction project management. This software makes writing change orders easier for everyone. Speeds the approval process and getting payment. Cons the software currently sends out emails when there is activity/changes on FWOs. A notification on the app would be cool, but not necessary. Director Construction Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Peer Assist Review" February 17, 2022 4.0 The techs are very accommodating and easy to work with when encountering issues or questions about system mods/upgrades. Pros It is a relatively easy system to operate and teach new users how to use. I like that I can cut and paste details into the PO system. Cons There is not a database industry product upload of current material /pricing. Also it is difficult for users to modify and update database. Price comparative features retains old pricing and there should be a feature to delete any pricing given a date parameter so you don't compare old information. Pros We use Peer Assist for everything from daily job reports to job estimates. We now have most of our field employees using the app because of its ease of use. Cons It would be nice to have drop downs for some reports so we can transfer info daily with ease. Instead of rewriting same info day to day. With the ability to attach pictures it lets everyone know what is happening. Everyone has been super helpful if we’ve had any questions. Pros Easy of use. Makes change orders and extras easier to track. Cons I wish it had facial recognition to open instead of keying in a password everytime. February 3, 2022 5.0 Our account representative has been great in answering our questions and helping us solve problems we have run across. He has made the experience much smoother than other programs we've attempted to implement. Pros We are still working on the setup of the product so we don't have much experience yet! I am very excited to get the program started for our field employees and the office staff. We look forward to automated a lot of pricing items and material ordering. Cons There are several features we aren't using within the time and materials tickets. With that being said, there are some features we wish we had the option to omit in order to create a smoother format for the field employees. Sometime less it more! Pros tracking of additional work through software generated PO's. Includes the management of the Co's through pricing. Cons I think the initial set up is confusing and tedious for first time users. Accounting Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Prevent Revenue Loss on Additional work." February 3, 2022 4.0 Tracking in office workflow and responsibility. Pros Allows us to have better control on billing for additional work performed beyond a quoted job. The stages help assign responsibility, workflow, and track where we are at on projects. Access to App from phones and tablet connects field and office employees on progress and activity on jobsite. Cons It would make a huge difference to be able to control the phases of a ticket. Forced to go through preset stages of tickets status that we don't need nor use has many in field and office refusing to use. Software is excellent for Contractors but, for Sub-Contractors it would really help to be able to turn off some steps. Speeds up the process as General Contractors get a copy of the paperwork as soon as work is completed. Pros Easy to Use. Everything is on the tickets our supervisors on the project do and General Contractors get this information as soon as work is completed. Cons I haven't found anything I do not like. Pros would be much better id the actual dates would appear on each date instead of the last week day.
