I love it. Best investment for I've made for my small business. Pros I greatly enjoy the easy to use and intuitive interface of this software. I can design quick programs for my clients and email them directly. I also like the telehealth feature. The software allows me to pend less time building programs and more time treating your clients. It is a very intuitive platform that makes it simple to use right out of the box or to customize to your own preferences. A wide range exercises captures most of the exercises I need for my clients and those that aren't included are very simple to add in. Love that you can save your favorites, flip images (for R/L preference), customize the parameters and/or save frequently used ones, etc. Clients love the encouraging welcomes and confetti openings and find it simple to use as well. Cons I've never had issues with the program in the year that I've been using it except for once a couple of weeks ago when it would crash in the middle of when I was creating my exercise program (which it had NEVER done previously). Obviously the problem was rectified on the back end as it hasn't happened again since that one week. This provided evidence to me that they are responsive to issues and make fixes quickly.
