I particularly like the ease with which feedback can be left on the workouts by the client and the speed and ease with which I can respond. Pros The software is very easy to get the hang of and also quick to enter training plans into allowing the coach to spend more time focusing on the training and less time on administration. Cons Some of the features are a little hidden but it is developing all the time and this is improving.
