It was a little expensive for our growing company but in the end that helped a lot in our work. Pros The platform is user-friendly and simple to set up, with excellent search capability and excellent customer service. My staff, partners, and producers can now access our assets from a single spot. The interface and design are also excellent. As the organization increased, it became increasingly difficult to maintain all our digital assets, so at that point and still Colloboro is a big help. Cons I did not find any problem. Acts as an accessible source of truth for all our in-market assets. Cons User journey is sometimes a little bit clunky, and we struggle gaining access to external partners. Pros The Collaboro platform ensures that my teams are now in full control of all the creative work we’ve ever created. All our assets are now centralised in one place, and can be easily accessed by not only my internal teams, but all our third-party collaborators and producers. The platform is user-friendly, and the customer support we receive is 2nd to none. Collaboro’s unique multi-tiered storage solution has saved us loads in cloud-hosting costs too. The final solution was customised to our unique needs. Thorough demonstrations and communication throughout process. Smooth on-boarding process Pros When our agency grew larger and larger it became harder and harder to manage all our digital assets. Collaboro solved this for us. Every asset in the platform is tagged with bespoke layers of metadata, meaning they’re easy to surface when required. The most appealing aspect to Collaboro is that they do it all for us – we just upload at the end of a project and they do all the work for us. We aren’t digital asset managers and don’t want to be – we just want it handled. The team are now spending their time creating, designing, and producing, rather than trying to find and store assets. Cons Nothing at this point, the team are very happy. Reasons for choosing Collaboro We required a full-service solution, and they were the only ones that offered it. As well as the software doing exactly what it said it did and doing it well, the customer service/client interaction was the highlight and how despite not being by any means, their only client, at times you felt like you were. Pros \- Very easy to use and setup. - Customer service and on-boarding was superb. The complexities of the Metadata Schema and Keyword Taxonomy were easy to navigate with a dedicated librarian to help. - UI is easy to navigate and even without the included training, your average user could find their way around relatively successfully. - Easy to share assets publicly with external providers and agencies. - Collaboro work with you and have even amended or added functionality based on customer feedback and requests. Cons My only con was some of the functionality at the start, lack of AI, some clunky ingestion processes and some minor functionality and aesthetics all of which were solved and are no longer an issue.
