I love that it is integrated with our accounting system and all we have to do is import the timesheets for immediate payroll processing. I love the archiving and document features.
It is very cost effective, easy to use and train employees how to use. The customer support is outstanding.
I love Clockwise most for the way that it can select the best timeslot for scheduling a flexible meeting. This has saved me HOURS of back-and-forth with planning group sessions.
I have needed some reports and formatting that the Clockwise support team had to help me with. They did an excellent job and were very responsive.

The integrations with slack have latency. Features are still somewhat limited and app doesnt go above and beyond.
No default settings available for categories used often.
With only using the Pay Stub View feature we have no dislikes with the software.
Difficult to link time report outputs to our Thompson Reuters myPay Solutions payroll software.

Pros: This software has allowed my HR personnel more ease in performing their function, including tracking leave, vacations, whose late and whose great about getting to the office in a timely maner.
Cons: Nothing yet, since the agency purchased clockwise it has be very functional and user friendly

"Power user for 5+ years"
Overall: Our overall experience with clockwise has been very good. The knowledge of their staff is critical to our relationship as we often need things addressed in a timely urgent manner and Clockwise does just that. To be honest, some of the shortcomings of the product from our perspective our self made. We have made the system much more complicated "robust" than what I would think the typical user would need or want. I think an average user would find the product very intuitive, reliable and user friendly.
Pros: Clockwise is very forgiving. You can fix so many things with some effort. Customer Support is very good with knowledgeable staff on the other end. We have experienced VERY little downtime which is excellent.
Cons: Timesheet approval status is lacking for us. Timesheet notes not visible to the end user would be very helpful but is not available. We manage many client:projects within the system with varying timesheet approval requirements which CW cannot manage so we have to extract data and manipulate in excel each week to manage our approval statuses each week.

Overall: Overall, very positive experience using the app/platform as a user on web, app, and supervisor. Highly recommend to other firms and find value in the pricing model and support.
Pros: Love that the platform is DCAA/DCMA audit compliant and enables small businesses to meet complex timekeeping requirements and receive a favorable audit/approved accounting system letter.
Cons: Mobile app is more focused on shift workers vice exempt employees. Likewise, does not support Supervisor view of timecards to review or approve workers time.

"Clockwise Employee Time Tracking"
Overall: Clockwise meets our need for a cost effective and easy to use employee time tracking and management system. JXT has used this software for this purpose for more than 10 years and continues to be pleased with the capabilities and results it provides.
Pros: This software includes many features, most of which we don't use. We purchased it to provide our employees an easy to use and accurate system to enter the hours they work and track those hours by job. We use the hours entered to develop payroll, for customer billing and to support audit requirements for work done on cost reimbursement jobs. It has proven a valuable tool in meeting those requirements.
Cons: I have no negative comments to make about the Clockwise features we use. I can only assume that I would also be pleased with the additional features if we used them.
