Pros

Equally AI has made it much easier for us to ensure that all of our customers can shop online without barriers. I really like how simple it is to install and how quickly the accessibility features adjust to customer needs, whether that's larger text, higher contrast, or screen reader compatibility. It gives us peace of mind knowing our retail site is inclusive for everyone.

Cons

The only thing I'd like to see improved i a few more option is a few more options for customizing the widget design to better match our branding. Functionally, though, it works exactly as promised.
