The customer service is amazing. They are quick and easy to work with. I will say those teachers that use it the best make this product seem wonderful. Those that are anti new things have made it seem like a struggle. Pros The signage is really easy to use, and gives a place for teachers to put images, quotes, rules, etc. I love when teachers use this to get away from the front of the class. Teaching from behind students and next to students vs up in front at the board. I love the text/video announcements that can be sent out. Cons Freezing, or disconnects. Some classrooms worse than others. Some parts of the day worse than others. Wish they would focus more on making this always work than trying to release new bells and whistles.
