Cons It would be good to receive some trivia on previously cyber attacks etc at other companies. It has great impact and I hope for more security training taught like this. Cons Many colleagues has some difficulties to understand what can Hoxhunt do for them and how to use them properly. Pros Being merely a target, i.e. regular user on the receiving end of phishing simulatios, I love with this SW that it managed to trick me a few times already. Ranging from easy-to-detect to more credible emails, scheduled in different times and composed in variations, it server its primary purpose: to "shock" and to educate. MS Outlook mail client integration makes it very usable (Hoxhunt reporting button always present in the toolbar serves as the constant awareness reminder). Gaming approach with badges and progress tracking is also nice. Cons Extending from email to other communication channels (MS Teams, mobile PUSH notifications) - perhaps already available, but I haven't seen it - would be an extended approach to sec. awareness. Also the reward system of huxhunt is pretty motivating. Pros It takes you out of the Routine, out of feeling safety and staying more allert. Cons Well funny to say but, sometimes Hoxhunt was too good, i was not expecting to read a hoxhunt mail. " September 22, 2022 5.0 I am sharpening my awareness level. Mission accomplished. Pros I never had training (if given at all to other members of the Bank, I am unsure). I am a distance worker, working abroad. But I really like the organic nature of the product. Our emails (my emails on behalf of the Bank) are often sent to spam, so get missed and matters are not handled.SO this is clearly a problem on an international level. I have already spoken warmly about this product to others,as your approach is so intelligent, and reward system informative and amusing! My own company, contracted to the Bank is a 2-man business so we're not really in the market for you, and I keep my partner fully up to date with what I come across in the Bank's version of Hoxhunt. Cons I didn't have any training or warning of this process, when I joined the organisation. But in retrospect is was more natural and organic that way. Good, smartly crafted emails, which some of them almost got me. And all driven by scores, achievements and country leaderboards. It's a game of phishing hide and seek, which is fun, teaching a lot during the process. And graphical part of the training is also appealing. Cons Sometimes the phishing attemps are obvious, like an email "I found some letter for you at your desk in the office, click to see a scan" - Nice try, I'm working 100% remotely :) But it's rare, most are very well crafted. Even Tieto Austria as a part of an English speaking company, more activities should be provided in German, as still most of the our mails are written in German. So it's easy for me to detect Hoxhunt messages, as I always get suspicious, when I receive English mails. Pros The know how is provided step by step without getting the feeling that you actively learn something. The points, stars and achievements provide a "gaming" environment, with nice challenges. With this tool I have increased my awareness including on my personal email now. Pros Is a powerful tool that increase users awareness Cons I don't understand how the scoring is calculated and why the difference is so big with only 2% mist emails. In case that people are in vacation then the email send by hoxhunt is removed from the system and marked as mist, but the user was in vacation and did not read email from work.
