Pros It gives me an opportunity to stay aware of threats and to train to fight against them. Reminding me of the threats I know and showing me new ones. Cons It can have a time limit on the training threat detection. So if i go to vacation and properly detect a threat simulation when I get back, it will treat it as missed. It's a very good training and to become more aware of how email threats look like. I don't get many real but if i do, i know a lot more about them now. The information is timely and valuable, and the gamification element is entertaining. The Leaderboard is also a great feature to help see where the end user ranks as well and helps promote healthy competition. Cons The platform integrates well with Outlook and is easy to use. At the moment I don't have any feedback on improvements. I thought I was aware of most of the dangers before but now I know better and can hopefully better detect them before they cause any harm to me or the company. Pros It really shows how easy it is to fall for malicious emails and how some small simple steps can be used to detect those very same emails. Great graphics and engaging content. The simulated phishing emails are very well thought out and are difficult to spot for the untrained eye which is great for learning. Also, the Hoxhunt program does a great job explaining any failed simulated phishing attempts therefore increasing the knowledge of the end user exponentially. Cons Only downside is I wish we could take extra exercises for points in addition to the simulated phishing attempts. Additional incentives like small gift cards would be awesome. Also, it would be nice to customize the competitors in the Hoxhunt so we could compete against our direct colleagues as opposed to the entire Enterprise. Review Source BJ Brittany J. I've been through these trainings with multiple companies, and Hoxhunt is far and away the best software I've seen for this. Pros My overall experience with Hoxhunt has been great. It has seamless integration with outlook; provides a nicely game-ified interface to encourage interaction and learning, and makes it easy to report when something suspicious comes up. Cons Sometimes the test phishing email are routed to my Spam folder, so I miss them and get behind my colleagues in the competition! (not a real con, but it's the only aspect I don't like - I'm too competitive).
