It does the job

Pros

The simplicity of the interview input makes it easy for data entry.

Cons

How long does it take for the engineers to get back or update the glitches in the software? The app is terrible to use in a daily workflow. The customers experience being kicked out of the app. We are unable to integrate additional features to complete the tax return.
