Pros Cisco Broadworks allows a company to provide many features including SIP calling, video conferencing, messaging. The easy integration and ability to use a vast amount of SIP phone manufacturers and models make it an even more standout choice. Cons Licensing is very complicated when it comes to features. If not monitored you could easily use two licenses on one user. You can imagine if you have thousands of users how this could snowball in to a huge financial issue.
