Pros: It was very easy to efficiently track hours.
Cons: Not very user friendly. Had hard time learning to use the calendar. Not user friendly at all.

Overall: The customer service is excellent and i would recommend this software to companies with accounting departments that are very skilled as it is not the most intuitive software for beginners.
Pros: Very robust system that is tailored to the architecture and design industry and the unique accounting needs
Cons: It is hard to learn and not intuitive. I always forget where to find certain things.
