The payment processing is easy to use and makes taking payments a doddle. The customer service element is what makes it stand out though as they have quick and knowledgeable customer service reps! Pros One of the best things about Opayo is the CS team. Day or night, you can pick up the phone and someone will answer your call within a few seconds. When dealing with payments and user card information I think this is a really important thing for a payment processor to have! Cons With the way we set up Opayo for our client, the worst bit about the set up, was the convoluted way of adding a logo to the checkout process, as you have to email a specific email address for approval, being limited to a gif isn't the best either, as quality is restricted. We always used sage pay for years which has now become Opayo. It's always been reasonably priced and reliable. Cons Had a few payment failures when updating from 2d to 3d payment gateway. WIde range of integrations for various shopping carts and ticketing solutions. Cons The interface of the back office could be improved a bit, but I believe this is currently being brought up to date as of late. Plus it's great how much fraud insight you can get from support when needed. Cons Limited payment types are available, feels a little dated compared to the likes of Stripe.
