It’s a helpful tool but I believe there are things that needs to be improved. Pros \- secured SSO, generally logins OTP are needed inorder to proceed - expenses incurred on company card are automatically recorded - provides a holistic view of cost incurred which is later on helpful for decision-making and budget reviews Cons \- there are fields that needs to be manually filled out i.e. receipt upload, GL code etc - the new interface is very confusing Review Source KS KamilFahmi S. Pros Instant payment possibility helps a lot when as a startup you want a simple and flexible process to keep your subscriptions paid - either by Credit Card or by a relatively quick payment function. We like the part about cash rebate on the expense we pay by their volopay virtual card. Cons At the very early stage, some of the report or view can be confusing, like how much amount we have spent so far, versus how much money we remains. They can set up the card by budget, which is good in sense but difficult and confusing in visibility. Soon they allow to deactivate the budget, perhaps to allow easier use if we do not want to be restricted or hindered by the budget limitation. Can't live without the comments to add additional context to the receipts. Cons Don't consider there to be any cons, the platform does its job as advertised and delivers beyond what it commits to. It allows budgeting, accounting and ensures the spending is in check with the help of reports. Customer support is also helpful and responsive Cons Nothing as such, however when you check the spends listed via the expense tab on the card. Cashback on foreign currency spend means the system pays for itself and more. Cons Can be improved with Apple Pay/Google Pay to allow for easier use of cards. Pros User interface (from an administrator perspective) is very easy to use, intuitive. Cons Right now, Volopay has a "Virtual Card" and "Physical Card" capability. But the issue is that both cards are separate to one another and not linked, which means every cardholder who requests for a physical card will need their virtual card cancelled, and physical card re-setup. It would've been good if both cards were linked i.e. one and the same. But that's just my personal opinion. Pros I like that it's easy to use for beginners or people who are not necessarily technologically inclined. Cons I'm not from finance, I use it to reimburse expenses etc mostly.
