The improvements from the new system include, less time I need to spend on customer service calls, easy to use how to guide (a lot less pages than the past system) The support from the team is great and really appreciated.

Pros

Easy to use for clients, great support team, the learning boards, easy to manage, visual reports, easy to customise

Cons

Would like to seem more features in reporting but I am working with the team on some improvement ideas
