Taking control of Google and knowing the algorithms of Google. Seems like a lot of detail to be listed at the top

Cons

Pricing and feel like I should have to think about if I want to move forward when not too sure and there are additional fees and setup fees should be waived for current clients.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] is easy to talk to and has great sales tactics. Honestly, every time i talk with him i'm just thinking man he must really practice his sales calls techniques and strategies. i'd love to adopt some of them. haha

Cons

I'm still unsure if deardoc has been the best investment for my business. I like the products i have but not sure if it's worth what i pay for it or if that is what is getting us any extra business.

The AI chat handles worried parent questions about symptoms or visits with a caring tone and helps them book without long holds. It has eased our peak hours significantly. Parents receive quick info that makes them feel supported.

Pros

Excellent handling of high-volume inquiries typical in pediatrics, plus it improves family connection to the practice overall. Implementation guidance from the team made rollout painless.

Cons

Nothing major stands out as a drawback so far. There were a few small adjustments during the initial setup, but after that the platform has been stable and easy to manage. Overall, it has been a smooth experience with no ongoing issues affecting our daily workflow.

Our staff picked it up quickly thanks to the clean and easy-to-use dashboard. Patients can now get instant answers to common questions 24/7, which has noticeably reduced routine phone calls and helped free up staff time. The automated scheduling feature has also improved online appointment bookings, making it easier for patients to connect with us. Overall, DearDoc has helped streamline communication, improve patient engagement, and make the booking process more efficient without adding extra work for the team.

Pros

The platform is very intuitive and easy for the whole team to use, even with little to no training. The patient engagement feels natural and conversational rather than robotic, which creates a better experience for visitors. It helps answer questions quickly, keeps potential patients engaged, and makes the booking process smoother without adding extra work for staff.

Cons

The reporting views are helpful and provide useful information, but it took a couple of days to fully explore all the available options and understand where everything was located. Once we became familiar with the layout, it was much easier to use and navigate on a regular basis.

The AI Smartchat engages site visitors right away with relevant answers about services and insurance, then books appointments directly into our calendar. We've added dozens of new patients monthly with almost no extra staff effort.

Pros

The instant lead capture and automatic booking features work really well and help turn website visitors into actual appointments. The setup process was quick, easy to understand, and did not require much technical effort.

Cons

Very minor initial tweaks were needed to fine tune a few niche responses and make them align better with our specific requirements. It was not a major issue and only required some adjustments during the early setup phase. Once everything was configured properly, the system performed consistently and did not require much ongoing maintenance or attention.

We contracted with DearDoc for $10,164 annually to integrate their scheduling interface with our EHR and provide patient engagement services. The EHR integration was presented as a straightforward deliverable — core to the value proposition. Six months in, the integration still does not work properly. After signing, DearDoc went silent. No responses to emails. No status updates. No acknowledgment of our questions for two months. When we finally demanded answers, their response was contractual, not professional: “Your agreement allows for NO outs.” This is the vendor’s business model in action: collect payment upfront, fail to deliver on critical items, then cite contract language to prevent customers from leaving. The lack of responsiveness is not a service failure — it is intentional negligence covered by unfavorable contract terms. We have lost all trust with this company.

Pros

•Eventually responded after significant escalation and external pressure •Demonstrated willingness to negotiate but only on their terms

Cons

•Critical failure on core deliverable: EHR scheduling integration promised and contracted for — still not functioning properly after 6+ months. •No responsiveness: Two-month communication blackout after contract signature. Multiple unanswered emails. •Accountability avoidance: When confronted, vendor’s response was “your agreement allows for NO outs.” Used contract language as a shield instead of taking responsibility for failing. •Lack of transparency: No status updates, no timeline, no written confirmation of commitments. •Customer-hostile contract structure: Agreement heavily favors vendor with no performance milestones, no exit clauses, and no accountability for delivery.

Heavy pressure sales made false promises. Follow up with the team - trying to get ahold of them later or get anybody to take any responsibility is impossible. Don't waste your money!!

Pros

There is virtually nothing I liked about Deardoc. They did not deliver what was promised in any way, shape or form!

Cons

Deardoc promised to manage our online presence. They do not do that at all. They set up a platform for YOU to manage your own online presence, which we knew we did not have the time for - and that why we signed on with them. They are happy to take that money, but when you call, they do not follow through or take responsibility. The ONLY thing we actually HAVE asked of them - several times - has never been taken care of.

This place is a complete scam; we have had no useful referrals in six months and we're locked into a yearlong contract. I have nothing good to say about anything they've done, and I encourage anyone who might be using them to stick with Meta instead; they at least get results.
