Pros

Product is easy to use and allows timely efficient integration of all information systems required to run our supply chain management systems. Good value for money and could save you a lot of cost in the long run and avoids outsourcing at large amounts.

Cons

I have not seen any cons for what we use it for at the moment.

OKi CRM system has helped our organisation build positive customer relationships and streamline processes which has increased our sales, improve customer service, and increase profitability.

Cons

Most software solutions fall into one or two or multiple CRM types that can be a bit confusing but OKi CRM is simple to use.
