It is functional and quite easy to collaborate with the team. Pros The ease of use and easy deployment makes it an ideal choice. We are a company based on Zoho Ecosystem. Honestly, it is one of the few products, I didn't find much flaw. The UI is good and it is functional. Cons There weren't any flaws. It's just that if it can collaborate another tech stack, it would be awesome. Reason for choosing Zoho Calendar The ease of deployment and integrations with other Zoho Apps. It gets integrated with all Zoho apps and offers excellent scheduling and event management capabilities. It is cost effective and can be accessed easily with a mobile app. I overall recommend it. Pros Zoho calendar provides an excellent scheduling solution. I personally like that all Zoho apps like Zoho projects and mail integrates with Zoho calendar. I use it for sharing calendars and meetings scheduling which can also be customized. Reminders and recurring events can also be setup with Zoho calendar which is very convenient. On the go calendar can also be accessed using Zoho mobile app. Cons I experienced some syncing issues with Zoho calendar. It also requires more technical learning and offers limited third party integrations. I would love to ditch Google Calendar for it, but that's not going to happen with the insufficient Outlook support. Pros Zoho Calendar has gotten a big UI revamp and now looks very clean nice modern. It's easy to use and integrates nicely with Zoho Mail. External calendars can be integrated as well. Cons Collaboration with Outlook is quite bad. Declined meeting invites are not being delivered, recurring event invitations don't work, moving calendar invites to different calendars doesn't seem to be possible. Appointment scheduling is another used feature letting the team share booking links and let others schedule meetings based on availability. Pros I really like the clean user interface witch make it easy to use. The most important feature for is the way I can collaborate with my colleagues, it offers many customization options for events scheduling, invite others and manage shared calendar entries. Pros In our work team there are frequent meetings, training on new adaptations and processes, socialization of indicators and feedback from the quality control area, all this demands a clear organization of our times which do not interfere with each other, Zoho Calendar and its focus on collaboration helped us to organize our time and thanks to the subscription of other calendars we can view the availability of time of our coworkers and other areas involved in scheduled meetings, also draws much attention the ability to adjust the time zone for some colleagues who are working remotely in another country and thanks to this feature notifications are synchronized without any inconvenience. Cons The functions for which Zoho Calendar was implemented are specific and punctual within the work group and in each of the cases it behaves 100%, having already a considerable time of use we have not observed unfavorable points with respect to our needs; perhaps when implementing new processes where we involve more advanced functions of Zoho Calendar we can further evaluate the tool, for now it meets all expectations. Pros Zoho Calendar became a constant support to organizational and time management niver within our work group, in several occasions meetings or technical trainings were scheduled at times where these overlapped affecting the attendance to them; Calendar allows us with its fantastic collaboration orientation to add shared calendars of other parallel areas and thus determine the times of availability of the same, in the same way the other areas can view our times of availability and thus make optimal use of resources. June 14, 2023 5.0 Zoho Calendar provided us with a clear and complete view of all the events and activities that revolve around work, it allowed us to be organized and updated on the entire agenda (type of event, date and time); we used a common calendar for the entire team and it was easy with the implementation of Zoho Calendar to plan our time and that of our entire team in general, which with I take and allowed us to optimize our workflow and improve productivity in general. Pros I like the ease with which I can use it and how simple it is to implement. Zoho Calendar allows us to easily plan and schedule all important events in our work and non-work environment, such as: webinars and conferences, training for new operations, team meetings every month, and even birthday parties of colleagues and bosses, I also find it very useful to be up to date and organized with deadlines for completion and delivery of assigned tasks. Zoho Calendar helps me not to forget scheduled appointments with clients when their services require special follow-up; through the shared calendar the whole team is in sync and informed of upcoming events even if last minute changes are made, which is useful for everyone to be aligned on the same page. Last but not least its seamless integration with Zoho Meeting, Zoho Projects and Zoho Mail which are tools of recurrent use in our support department. Cons So far I have not found anything to dislike about Zoho Calendar, there have been no issues during all the time we have been using this tool, it is quite functional and meets all our needs. July 19, 2022 4.0 I like that you can add everything you already have in one calendar easily. Pros I like how easy it was to learn and use. I was able to integrate my Outlook calendar so I didn't have to type everything again for the year. Cons I'm still learning the programs, so far the only thing I didn't like is not being able to select a recurring entry and deleting. I may discover how to do this but it didn't work for me yet.
