Wellbeing Warrior Reviews
Pros
Overall my experience was really good, because if all the nice people I met and the coffee dates I had.
In our company, the Wellbeing Warrior is now well known and we enjoy using it. The Slack integration helps a lot to get reminders and we have the feeling that everyone is familiar with it.
Great experience, ist funny to be used and very self explaining, no need to invest extra time. Connect teams from different departments.
The best was the Lunch Roulette which got different parts of the company together in a very nice and human way.
Cons
If something goes wrong and can't make it to the coffee the indicator is not as straightforward as it could be.
Annoying messages on Slack. Constantly bothering me even after updating settings to stop coffee intros.
It was useful at first but then took over my day with annoying notifications and I had to ignore/remove it.
Sometimes it was a bit unclear who managed it, but that's because our HR had it all under control.
"Wellbeing Warrior - critical to connect employees"
Overall: Wellbeing Warrior is a great tool that improved the mood in the workplace and I got to connect with colleagues that I never had a chance before!
Pros: What I enjoy the most are the variety of tasks and actions that we have. We can schedule coffee breaks and take that moment to relax and connect with our colleagues. We can schedule an onboarding buddy program to welcome the new colleagues and make them feel at home. What I like the most is the roulette event because we can have different events to connect with our colleagues.
Cons: It is not very to use and it takes a while to understand it. We had to read several templates and examples online in the beginning. Once we start using it we tend to receive too many notifications.
"Keep your remote company together"
Overall: Using Wellbeing Warrior has certainly helped us increase the connectedness of our remote team, and also contributed to remove silos between departments. The team really enjoys a little "fun" break and for me, as a manager, I barely have any work managing the initiatives I'm running with the tool. I've picked initiatives from the baked-in templates, configured in a few steps and voilá!
Pros: Wellbeing Warrior makes it easy to create routines & rituals in a remote team, that help keep the team together and motivated in the long run. For example, we've used "virtual coffee breaks" to have people connect with colleagues they normally don't interact with; or the "suggestion box" to give people a safe space to let us know how they feel, and what they'd like changed.
Cons: We were not familiar with the kind of practices one can use to improve employee wellbeing in a remote scenario, so it took a bit of learning and reading through Wellbeing Warrior's articles and examples/templates.
"Connect over coffee"
Overall: It helped me to connect, engage and strengthen personal bonds within the team.
Pros: The product is intuitive and easy to use.
Cons: It doesn't seem to be flexible - when my plans change, it can be hard to sign off the virtual team building.
"Wellbeing Warrior - Crucial for the Company Culture and Team Buiding"
Overall: - Great experience, ist funny to be used and very self explaining, no need to invest extra time. - Connect teams from different departments.
Pros: The most impactful features are in my opinion the lunch roulette, the feedback gathering and the buddy program. - team buildung, connection and great onboarding process - creates an feedback culture and give voice to the everyone Easy to use as well.
Cons: I am missing the feature to take my self out of the list for certain social activities as lunch roulette when I am out of time.
"A great tool for your organisation"
Overall: Great experience, easy to use and really improves how our company works.
Pros: The integration was super easy, specially with Slack. The communication works really well, besides the emai, that works really good as well.
Cons: Maybe the excess of notifications, if it is possible to manage the notifications would be awesome.
