when making a mistake its a process to reverse

I like the inventory control functions and the departmentalizing capabilities

Cons

When we switched over it was a batch type accounting which was hard to adjust to. Overall the support has suffered over time and the support costs are expensive.

Pros

I love the help option and the live support. Procedures are easy to follow and fairly easy to locate what you are looking for.

Cons

Some windows can be small/hard to see eg: bank recs, some windows do not minimize enough to see full screen on a smaller laptop.

Overall my experience with lightspeed has been good.

Pros

Everything is integrated and within one program.

Cons

Export to excel would be nice. Also, a way to track parts that ave been paid for but have not arrived yet. An option to pay them without recieving them.
