Pros

For go-to-market projects, we only use VoB. The overall marketing planning goes based on numbers and market feedback. To date, 100% of VoB projects have successfully resulted in market launch or repositioning.

Cons

Everything is super in the software, we use it from the beginning, it is constantly improved, the support is excellent, so I have no sense of lack of software.

Pros

I love that the user experience is so unique and so fun to use, that people want to complete it more than it was the case with my previous software.

Cons

It needs some time to learn the backend, although it is intuitive after a few trys.

It needs some time investment to build up a good survey. Support is stellar, so we never got stuck with anything. Fully-filled response rates are 3-4x higher than with Google Forms/Surveymonkey, even with 2-3 times more questions.

Pros

It's not just an empty software. It contains a huge amount of excellent quality framework questions and survey snippets that boost you from first-time survey builder to expert surveyor. It's a chat tool for a customer. If they can use SMS/Viber/Messenger, they can fill in your survey in 5 mins.

Cons

It takes longer to build a survey than it takes in Google Forms.

Reasons for choosing Value on Board

Better defaults. Better mobile experience. We failed at VPD with generic tools.
