I have been a user of this great program for 20 years. Throughout my career in hygiene and in sales, I have had the opportunity to either work with or observe the competition....MOGO is by far the best dental software program available. As a hygienist, recall is an area of special interest and importance for me. MOGO is the only program that has a recall tracking program with easy note-making options that are usable and viewable by the whole staff....that's the way it should be! It is also the only recall system in which you can NOT lose a patient! How handy is that function alone! Tech support is great and always open to suggestions for improvement. Thanks to Ming and the whole gang for the best option in software for the dental office.

I'm learning something new every day and look forward to utilizing all of the features the Cloud has to offer. Excellent Experience. Since I am not computer savvy, they are extremely patient with me! Whenever I have had an issue they were quick to respond and take care of the problem. In the past, so much time was wasted doing things manually. The Cloud freed up time to do other important things in the office. Billing and Recalls-prior to Cloud we had to handle recalls manually now with this feature it's efficient and no recalls are overlooked. Electronic billing is quick and easy. The Mogo Cloud Software has really updated the office and has taken us to a new level of efficiency!

MOGO, THIS PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. THEY CAN'T FIGURE ANYTHING OUT. EVERY DAY I HAVE TO CALL AND HAVE THEM FIX SOMETHING. EVERY SINGLE DAY. ON TOP OF THIS YOU HAVE TO PUT UP WITH BAD ATTITUDES FROM TECHS, WHO CAN'T FIGURE THIS OUT. SAVE YOUR MONEY, INVEST IN ANOTHER SYSTEM , THIS ONE IS DEFECTIVE, NO GOOD. WILL COST YOU SO MUCH MONEY IN LOST TIME. YOUR HEALTH WILL BE AFFECTED BY HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS INCOMPETENCE.

TECH SUPPORT SOME GIVE YOU SUCH BAD ATTITUDE, HOW DO THEY EXPECT US NOT TO BE ANGRY, FRUSTRATED AFTER HAVING TO CONTACT THEM DAY AFTER DAY AND NOT GETTING ANY RESOLUTION

We have been using MOGO since approximately 1994 starting with DOS, then moving to Windows and now to the Cloud. We are very happy with the transition and working on the cloud. The best part is no daily backup. The only problem we experienced was with a week of very slow loading of data and appointment book. This was due to a Microsoft server issue and MOGO tech support kept us apprised of the situation. Any questions or issues that we have with the software are addressed very efficiently from tech support. We are very happy with MOGO.

My recent experience with Customer support representativs involved a MOGO software update. I am merely helping at a friend's practice by answering the phone and setting up appointments... She was abundantly patient with me and my inexperience. She spoke clearly and instructed concisely. She was knowledgeable and thorough and refreshingly pleasant. They provided exemplary support with exceptional professionalism and I very much appreciate that.

I just can't say enough great things about this company, their product and their continued reach for excellence. Having used other programs clinically, I often wonder why offices continue to put up with bad products and challenging support when MOGO Dental Software is available.

Using Dose Spot has simplified the submittal of prescriptions. Thank goodness Matt (representative from Mogo) has been available to help too. I am not technically gifted and he has had the patience of a saint-very professional and polite!

The MOGO Software is very inclusive. They have thought of everything and their clinical documentation system is very user adaptable. Their customer support is very good although I will say they do always call you back.
