I run a home care agency and was looking for reliable scheduling and client management software. ShiftCare sold a vision they couldn’t deliver. The product is unstable, support is unreliable, and the company’s integrity is questionable. I would strongly caution other agencies to look elsewhere. **Pros:** The only positive was that the sales team seemed eager to help—at least before I paid the deposit. I heard from sales constantly leading up to contract signature. Shocker I know. **Cons:** ShiftCare completely overpromised and underdelivered. The onboarding was confusing and poorly supported. They misrepresented having a working public API, and once I raised concerns, their communication dropped off. Truly the worst business decision of my life. Stay away. You have been warned. **Pros:** The UI is pretty good for a home health agency scheduling software and the price was attractive to me **Cons:** Everything.
