It is easy to use for those on our team with less technical knowledge and is very intuitive. The documentation and support team are both great. You really can't beat the value for the price. Pros Very Cost-Effective, full of features, easy to use, and has great documentation. The support team is kind and helpful. This has saved us a lot of time while trying to send out mass communications. Cons Sometimes the Merge Tags can become a little finicky when incorporating a large number of them (we have some communications using 25+).
