It is easy to use for those on our team with less technical knowledge and is very intuitive. The documentation and support team are both great. You really can't beat the value for the price. Pros Very Cost-Effective, full of features, easy to use, and has great documentation. The support team is kind and helpful. This has saved us a lot of time while trying to send out mass communications. Cons Sometimes the Merge Tags can become a little finicky when incorporating a large number of them (we have some communications using 25+). Cons the interface still needs to be improve and hopefully you can re-route things on your own to what emails to be sent who are copied in, not just the need to have a collumn of CC, because sometimes it doesn't work.
