Pros

Mon expérience globale avec UpperBee est très satisfaisante. En tant que technicien comptable chez Solution Condo, j’apprécie particulièrement la clarté de l’interface, la précision des outils comptables et la centralisation des données.

Pros

Ce que j’aime le plus chez UpperBee, c’est la simplicité et l’efficacité de la plateforme. Tout est centralisé : la comptabilité, les communications, les documents et le suivi des interventions. Cela facilite énormément la gestion quotidienne. J’apprécie aussi la transparence que ça offre aux copropriétaires et la rapidité du service à la clientèle.

Cons

Il y a peu de choses à redire, mais s’il fallait en mentionner une, ce serait que certaines fonctionnalités avancées peuvent demander un peu de temps pour bien les maîtriser au début. Heureusement, l’équipe de soutien est très réactive et les formations disponibles aident beaucoup.

Upperbee has become an indispensable tool for our daily tasks and operations. The navigation is always clean and efficient.

Pros

What i like about Upperbee is the centralized communication. It allows all communications with co-owners, managers, suppliers, -and colleagues to be grouped in one place, making it easier to track and coordinate tasks.

Cons

Sometimes, pages with a lot of data can take a bit longer to load, though this has improved over recent updates.

Changement de la nomenclature requiert parfois à s'habituer à la nouvelle interface. Convient aux personnes qui ont une facilité à s'adapter.

Super intuitif et user friendly. Suite à mes 13 ans d'expériences en gestion immobilière, je peux confirmer qu'il s'agit simplement du meilleur logiciel de gestion disponible sur le marché.

Pros

Le fait qu'il soit complet et permet d'exécuter toutes les tâches relatives à l'exploitation d'un immeuble résidentiel (inspection, comptabilité, avis d'infraction, paiements des fournisseurs, recouvrement, etc...) à un seul et même endroit.

Cons

Le fait qu'un nouvel onglet s'ouvre lorsque nous naviguons et accédons à différentes fonctionnalités. Par moment, nous finissons par en avoir une panoplie d'ouvertes.

All in one 100% online system, that include complete accounting and property management tools. No other software are needed to communicate with owners and tenants, collect condo fees and rents or to manage the daily building maintenance task.

UpperBee only lacks auto apartments listings, but we believe that this feature is upcoming.

UpperBee nous permet de maintenir une relation entièrement transparente avec nos clients propriétaires et nos résidents. Cet outil permet de centraliser les informations et l'information est accessible de partout.

Pros

Ce logiciel a véritablement été pensé par des gestionnaires sur le terrain. Les informations sont bien classées et il y a toutes les options nécessaires.

Cons

L'intégration prend du temps, mais ils ont une équipe qui offre le service d'intégration. Le logiciel ne fait pas la mise en marché des logements pour le moment.
