Pros Spendflo helped us secure significantly better terms with our WFM solution provider. The team was highly attentive to our needs, responded quickly, and demonstrated deep market knowledge. We especially appreciated the transparency of the process and their proactive approach to negotiations. The team is a pleasure to work with and is a cohseive unit within our ecosystem. They are well integrated within our team and are a positive influence on our cost optimization efforts. Pros The Spendflo staff is courteous and able to integrate as part of the team moreso than just a third party vendor. Spendflo is able to negotiate on behalf of our company seamlessly while negotiating what is best for our company. Spendflo also optimizes license counts and is a true check for spend optimization within our tech stack. Cons The onboarding process took a few weeks longer than I would have liked and was a bit less automated than an end-state onboarding process. Once we onboarded them, it helped us to a) find our exact SAAS exp, b) streamline the SAAS buying process, c) most importantly we were able to get 3X return on our Spendflo return as they helped us to weed out duplicate SAAS tools, negotiate hard with SAAS providers. Persuasiveness and availability are always key factors to highlight from your end towards the vendor. Cons I only have one comment about our negotiations with Linkedin. Quite happy with how much less time I'm spending just speaking with various account teams at the long tail of SaaS services that we use.
