Spendflo partnered with us to gather all spending, develop our data and provide training to our employees. The workflow approval was needed as our organization grew and provided discipline and oversight. Spendflo has provided real savings also as we navigate negotiations with suppliers.

Pros

It has become our single source of truth for all our spending. Spendflo also provides and outsourced procurement team that our size company needs to ensure competitive spend.

Cons

There was nothing I did not like about Spendflo.

It's great to have a dedicated person working with you on your procurement request and get you the best prices

Pros

Be able to offload all effort of coordinating with vendors and gather quotes, doing comparison and then negotiating and of course doing these things in a seamless and timely manner. Having a dedicated person to do all this is just great.

Cons

I guess the UI is quite basic but I do not find it limiting
