Pros

The services provided by Gupshup have been truly excellent. We particularly appreciate the flexibility to choose from multiple APIs to execute our bulk volume campaigns based on our specific requirements. Additionally, we are impressed by the supplementary features available to us, especially the Bot Studio and AI capabilities, which we are actively considering for future enhancements and iterations of our chatbot. Throughout our engagement, the support from their Customer Success Management team and Sales team has been outstanding — they are responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met.

Cons

No cons from my end as we are impressed by the supplementary features available to us, especially the Bot Studio and AI capabilities, which we are actively considering for future enhancements and iterations of our chatbot.

Our experience with Gupshup has been decent overall. While the platform has a lot of good features and is quite user-friendly, getting things done sometimes takes longer than expected. That said, a big credit goes to our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] and our sales manager \[sensitive content hidden\]. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been very supportive and approachable whenever we’ve needed help, and she has tried her best to get things moving faster for us. \[sensitive content hidden\] also guides us has been helpful whenever we needed assistance. Their efforts definitely made the experience better for us.

Pros

The platform is incredibly user-friendly. I especially like the quick rollout of new features.

Cons

The support response time can be inconsistent. TAT for getting anything done is very slow—unless it's an emergency.

Pros

I liked that Gupshup is very reliable, easy to use, and smooth integration, detailed reporting features, and the consistent performance of Gupshup's services. Their platform makes it simple to manage large volumes of messages efficiently

Cons

Sometimes the customer support response time could be faster during urgent issues.

Pros

Journey management is very easy to understand allowing anyone to understand and create journeys of their own. Along with this they provide Whatsapp template management, campaign tracking and other functionalities.

Cons

Journey management tool is a little clunky. Separate logins for the console consistings of the journeys and the templates.

\-Product keeps improving every now and then -Sales Team is quick and responsive -Reliable product with almost zero downtime -Super wonderful Onboarding Process

Cons

\-One of the worst after-sales support I have experienced in my life. -Queries are responded to in days and not hours. -No one will take accountability or ownership of the query. -Billings/Accounts Team is super inefficient. -Even a simple query will take at least a week to resolve. -Multiple emails exchanged in asking silly questions stretching the resolution time.

Low cost.UI is pleasant.The customer support people at the least respond. But very very slow.

Cons

\- Whatsapp Channel: Meta integration seems dont work well, needed support from every step from Gupshup and meta to complete migration, onboarding- Whatsapp Channel UI/UX : UI good/appealing. But UX is non intuitive and painful, - Campaing Creation, sending and followup: Several hurdles, does not work smoothly- Customer Support: is available and they do respond and solve problems but speed of such is very very slow.
