I find entire team of gupshup very customer centric and readily available to solve problems. Pros 1) The product is simple to use, the design of their console is very intuitive and easy to understand. 2) Their APIs are well designed and consistent. This reduced the engineering effort and investment. Cons Although design is very clean, I think folks can add more analytical tools for giving more insights on user behaviour, interaction and errors.
