We're also getting great feedback from our visitors which is the most important thing. Pros The versatility of the widget. Installation was fast. We used the plugin version and had everything running in 10 minutes. The interface is easy to use and most fixes on the site are automated. We've been thinking about hiring someone but with equalweb we don't need to. The widget handles almost everything right out of the box. Cons The back-end can be a little hard to understand, but nothing major. With a few minutes of looking around you find things. The reporting dashboard could use a little more customization thought. It'd be great with a bit more flexibility when exporting data.
