Pros

It is a no-frills platform that is priced competitively and does the job. The features provided for user and courses management are particularly useful while managing various groups of users who might need to be assigned different sets of courses.

Cons

Compared to other options, there is scope for improvement in the UI. But the platform is solid at it's core.

The overall user experience has been very nice. Users know exactly what to do and how to navigate in the product. Most importantly, users are getting trained on the product with clear outcomes.

Pros

Customer training and product training has become essential for the most successful companies. CXCherry exactly solves that unmet need.

Cons

Would like to have more integrations with CRM and Support software.

The ease of use as well as managing the software.

Cons

The certificate designs could be more in number. Maybe a drag and drop editor if possible. The dashboards available to an Admin can be a little more insightful.

Pros

It is a very simple and easy to use LMS with minimalistic learning curve. There are plenty of useful features for a medium size organization which wants to implement a learning culture.

Cons

A mobile app will surely help. I think it is already a part of their roadmap and should be available soon.
