Overall: Overall, my experience with ShopXpert has been consistent and comfortable to use. All of the features help keep the jobs organized, traceable, and categorized. It's really great for traceability and visibility but I believe notifications will make the app a lot better.
Pros: All information is easy to access. The "Logs" tab. This feature helps with traceability/visibility by showing which rep made the change, date and time it was changed, and the differences in detail. The "Documents" tab is another feature that I like. Documents are categorized in their designated job. This makes it easy to organize and pull any documents we may need.
Cons: There's no sound/banner notifications when receiving a message or a new task. When I am using the task feature it makes it difficult to know when someone has posted a new task. I need to check back every hour to make sure I didn't miss a new job or message.
