Reasons for Choosing ShopXpert: They seemed to have the most modules available as well as pricing was right on point.
Reasons for Switching to ShopXpert: We loved the demo we were provided and noticed how easy it seemed to use. When we did the initial tests it seemed very easy to use and was very feature rich which we saw as great potential to grow with.

"ShopXpert, A Helpful Tool "

Overall: ShopXpert has been a great tool to use to organize and display information with ease.

Pros: What I like most about ShopXpert is the filters for searches because it is helpful to narrow down information.

Cons: What I like least about ShopXpert is the random freezes when navigating through modules.

"ShopXpert review "

Overall: Overall, my experience with ShopXpert has been consistent and comfortable to use. All of the features help keep the jobs organized, traceable, and categorized. It's really great for traceability and visibility but I believe notifications will make the app a lot better.

Pros: All information is easy to access. The "Logs" tab. This feature helps with traceability/visibility by showing which rep made the change, date and time it was changed, and the differences in detail. The "Documents" tab is another feature that I like. Documents are categorized in their designated job. This makes it easy to organize and pull any documents we may need.

Cons: There's no sound/banner notifications when receiving a message or a new task. When I am using the task feature it makes it difficult to know when someone has posted a new task. I need to check back every hour to make sure I didn't miss a new job or message.
