It can be used by businesses that need to keep track of their employees' work schedules, or for freelancers who work on multiple projects at once. The app allows users to create notes in a list format that can be edited later by adding new items or moving them around as needed. Overall, Google Keep is a helpful informal tool that provides quick, reliable access to important personal snippets of information.

Pros

I liked Google Keep's low-pressure ease of use. It was easy to understand and immediately implement into my daily tasks in relation to lists or important information that I planned on referencing in the future.

Cons

The aspect that I didn't particularly find appealing was the limit on the volume of data that can be stored for efficient access.

Pros

L'estrema velocità e l'interfaccia a post-it virtuali.

I love that Google Keep helps me stay organized with notes. I love the color coding and list feature that you can check off.

Pros

I started using Google Keep on my phone. I keep notes in it and I pin documents that I need at the top. I make lots of lists using this app as well. And, I like that it is a shared document between my phone and computer.

Cons

I am not sure of the difference between archive and trash. Also, I would like to figure out how to hide some notes but categorize them if needed later.

Keep has helped me to store and organize links, reminders, photos, and lots of other information over the years.

Pros

I love that I can save various types of information in Google Keep. It's convenient because I can use it on multiple devices, and it all syncs together.

Cons

It is difficult to find something that I do not like about Google Keep. It is helpful in keeping me organized, and has features that I like. I would say it's not the flashiest or fanciest app, but it does the basics.

A fantastic and seamless experience thanks to the app's incredible speed in syncing voice and text notes between mobile and desktop, making it the perfect tool for capturing ideas the moment they arise.

Pros

The beauty of the app lies in its absolute simplicity and the speed of capturing fleeting thoughts, along with the seamless, completely free synchronization across all devices without any complexity.

Cons

The app is perfect for quick notes, but it lacks advanced formatting options and the ability to organize large, complex projects that require a deep hierarchical structure.

I love Google keep and will continue to use it as long as I need a notes app. The checkbox option is awesome for creating to-do lists.

Pros

I use Google Keep on my iPhone over the native Apple Notes app because of the awesome features and connectivity Keep has. Easily use on both mobile and PC. All features for free. Great app!

Cons

I wish there were more options to customize text and note backgrounds. There is currently one font and a few different colors/designs for backgrounds.

I originally opened Google Keep because I saw it in my Google apps and didn't know what it was, so I clicked into it just out of curiosity. So glad I did!! It's now one of my most utilized apps and took over to replace how I used to use the Notes app on my iPhone. I like that I can access Keep from anywhere I log into my Google account. For me it's easier to organize and manage my various lists and notes. I have wild ADHD so having Keep has been extremely helpful. I need to write down everything and anything that I want or need to remember because if I don't it's immediately forgotten like it never existed. I'm able to make notes, or save pictures, write myself things I need to go back to, I also use it just as a brain dump/journal when I need to just organize my thoughts. Keep is awesome and I highly recommend, plus it's free with a Google Account so definitely a HUGE value for zero money since it doesn't cost me anything!

Pros

Google Keep is my "go-to" for quick notes, brainstorming, random things I want to remember to check on, grocery lists, basically anything "informal" that I need to jot down, especially on the go. It's great for my own task management too, I really like the features it has that allow me to paste pictures, color code my notes, and that it's quick and easy to navigate and find the specific note I want to add to.

Cons

The only "con" is that I wish I could change the font within specific notes. It's nice that I can change the background and add pictures so I am able to organize that way, but the additional customization to change font size and color would definitely be a major improvement for me!
