Pros The system is quite easy to use, it doesn't take weeks or days of training. NContracts provides ample support to help with even the most minor question. Support is accessible through many avenues. NContracts provides the easiest analytics to maneuver and create reporting for. Cons Large data sets can be slow to load and can take up a lot of time. Cons Like any software, sometimes the back end is complicated but Passageways has made it much easier to design pages and handle permissions. If you are skilled in html the sky is the limit, and even if you're not you can still build professional-looking pages with ease. Cons There is a bit of a learning curve when getting started but there are a lot of resources available so you can quickly become an expert at building pages and customizing them. Cons The alerts and notifications section can only be set at the user level. It was one of the biggest complaints during implementation. The company excelled in this area. Since, the bank has added the business continuity, findings, cyber risk, and risk management suites. The bank is currently exploring the compliance solution. Ncontracts has turned into a vendor of choice to provide a solution as problems present. Pros All the product lines integrate well together. The customer service is outstanding. Pros The flexibility in function is terrific, and the support from the staff is incredible! Cons Limited presentation customization for many tools make them hard to find nicely within a theme. Responsiveness scales only width. Overall we have had a great experience with OnSemble and a descent to a pretty good experience with the product. Pros I most like that there is a broad set of features that are relatively easy to use after some practice. Also, that you can easily set up new users to manage pages. Cons The product could use a bit of freshening up. The kind of blocky style feels a little bit outdated. It can also be a bit finicky when trying to re-organize a page and move islands around. Getting employees to use the site has also been a challenge. Though that is less about the software and more about the number of other services we utilize. Pros The service I use the most are the annual reviews. I am able to have very professional documentation with very little effort. Regulators have not had any issues with our Third Party Vendor Management since we started with NContracts. Cons Most of my issue with the software come from me not using it enough. As things have transitioned with the software over the years I have failed to stay up with it. I know I could be getting more out of it than I am if I spent time in it. The product provides analytics so we can see where we need to shift resources to better serve our members. The OnSemble team was exceptional to work with and provided the support we needed to get the project off the ground. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Pros OnSemble is very user friendly. We were able to customize for our employees and it has many features we didn't have in our former intranet. Cons It was a little difficult understanding the concept of permissions and how that worked in the beginning. It took some time figuring out how to assign roles. However, once we worked we through that with the help of the OnSemble team, it makes perfect sense and has helped to organize who is able to do what in our portal. Review Source RH Rachael H. Love working with them. Cons I find it difficult to solve issues on my own; the permissions part is tricky but useful. A tutorial or an instruction booklet would be fantastic. Pros I feel that the value of the collection of the reports, and the paralegal reviews of the data received is a great time saver. This allows us to review and dig deeper into the reports as needed without needing to have experts in our facility for all of the different types of documents. Cons We plan to review some of the training materials to update our ability to quickly navigate the data in the most efficient way, since the website has been updated and includes a lot of areas we are not currently using.
