The learning process was slow at first. I would suggest a more efficient process with that. Pros There are a lot of tools to design a page how you want it Cons The glitches, sometimes carousels don't work properly, sometimes backgrounds won't change when I try to change them, and EIM breaks randomly. I could not have been more happy with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] my two reps. The support has been amazing, as well as tech support! Pros Communication is key for our four branches. We need to have an easy way for everyone to see the same message and Passageways allows us to do that. Cons I would like to see the software allow the screen to adjust to different size monitors. Currently, people who log into a laptop instead of our large computer monitors see a distorted version of our portal. It would be nice if it streamlined to each device. Review Source MA Maria A. This gives us the option to see the history and not have to store these documents on our own. Cons I would like to see more options for different types of formats to choose from when making pages. It was hard to learn how to make our own pages when one of the available formats did not meet our needs. Pros Wow, where do I begin, it's easy to update the data that will generate the reports, adding our AA and all the documents required. If something is wrong/not the correct format, you receive an email within 10 minutes of uploaded. Easy to delete previous uploaded. Cons Nothing what's so ever, several of us have used the software when it was TruPoint, so it is even more enhanced. Cons Having a mobile version will help with adoption for millennial employees. Being able to access the portal from remote locations will allow users to engage in employee recognition no matter where they are. Pros Ncontracts provides not only software but full scale implementation of our contracts on the web-based software to deliver a true turn key contract management system. Our contracts are now summarized and categorized based on information that we selected to track. They also set up email reminders of key dates.
