Construimos una comunidad con algunas personas y nos "jalábamos" para hacer ejercicio. Coincidíamos a veces para hacer clases por zoom. En resumen, muy buena expereincia, ya es parte de mi rutina utilizar METTA Pros La plataforma METTA tiene una variedad de contenido para cualquier nivel, diversidad de clases e instructores, haciendo que mi tiempo de ejercicio/meditacion/pausa activa sea entretenida y para nada monotona. La calidad de los instructorres, y la plataforma en si, hace que usar la misma sea recurrente. El paradigma de hacer ejercicio en casa es aburrido, con la plataforma METTA lo rompe en su totalidad.
